Software that
ships, scales,
and pays back.

I build production APIs, full-stack web apps, and AI-powered automations for founders and teams who can't afford to wait six months for a feature.

What I build.

Six core offerings — pick one, mix several, or hand me an outcome and I'll pick the shortest path.

01

Full-stack web apps

Production Next.js, React, TypeScript apps with auth, payments, and dashboards built in.

  • Next.js 16 / React 19
  • Auth (Clerk, Auth.js, custom)
  • Stripe, Paddle, Polar
  • Supabase / Postgres / Prisma
02

APIs & backends

REST and tRPC APIs, queues, webhooks, and event pipelines that scale without surprises.

  • Node.js, Hono, Fastify
  • PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka
  • OpenAPI specs + SDK gen
  • Rate limiting & idempotency
03

AI integrations

Claude, GPT, embeddings, RAG, agents — wired into your product the way users actually want it.

  • Claude / OpenAI / open-source
  • RAG with pgvector / Pinecone
  • Tool-use agents & workflows
  • Streaming UI & evals
04

Automation & integrations

Stop paying for manual work. Webhooks, scrapers, ETL, and back-office bots that just run.

  • n8n / Temporal / custom
  • Stripe, HubSpot, Slack, Gmail
  • ANAF / ONRC scraping (RO)
  • Cron + observability
05

DevOps & infra

Repeatable deploys, sane environments, alerts that mean something. No yak-shaving.

  • Vercel, Fly.io, AWS, Hetzner
  • Docker + Terraform
  • CI/CD with GitHub Actions
  • Sentry, Grafana, PostHog
06

Fractional CTO

On-call engineering leadership for early-stage founders. Architecture, hiring, code review.

  • Architecture audits
  • Tech-debt triage
  • Hiring & interviewing
  • Roadmap & estimates
/ selected work

Shipped, not slides.

Each of these is live, paying its hosting bill, and solving a real problem. Some are mine, some are client work, all are battle-tested.

Tools of the trade.

Battle-tested defaults, not hype. I pick boring tech when boring wins, and bleeding-edge when it actually moves the needle.

How we work.

Light on ceremony, heavy on shipping. You see progress every day, and you own everything at the end.

  1. 01
    Discovery
    1–3 days

We jump on a call, I write up scope, success metrics, and a fixed-price quote. No deck theatre.

  2. 02
    Shape
    3–7 days

Wireframes, API contracts, data model. You approve before any production code is written.

  3. 03
    Build
    1–6 weeks

Daily commits on a staging URL you can use. Weekly demo. Slack channel always open.

  4. 04
    Ship
    1–2 days

Deploy, monitoring, runbook, handover. Code is yours — clean, typed, documented.

  5. 05
    Iterate
    ongoing

Retainer or per-sprint engagements for v2, v3, scale. Or I get out of your way.

/ faq

Answered up front.

Everything most founders ask in the first call. Read first — then book a call about the things that matter.

01What does an engagement actually look like?
+
A 30-minute intro call, a written scope with fixed price (or weekly rate for retainer), a shared Slack channel and a staging URL from day one. You see daily progress, weekly demos, and ship-ready code by the agreed date.
02How fast can you start?
+
Same week, usually. For larger engagements I'll quote a start date — current waitlist is published at the top of the page.
03Do you take equity?
+
Cash-first for client work. Equity considered for co-founder-level roles where I'm building product strategy too. Default: I quote a fair price and we both keep our shares.
04Who owns the code?
+
You. All deliverables are pushed to your GitHub org with full handover docs. I keep nothing private. Your stack stays portable.
05Will I be locked into hosting with you?
+
Never. I pick deployment targets (Vercel, AWS, Hetzner, your servers) based on what fits your team, not what makes me indispensable.
06Do you do design too?
+
I work to a design if you have one. If you don't, I'll ship clean, production-grade UI using a system (shadcn/ui, Tailwind, Linear-style primitives). For pixel-perfect brand work, I bring in a designer collaborator.
07What if the project fails?
+
Full code, full handover, no hostage situation. We'll have agreed on milestones — if a milestone isn't met, I refund the unbilled portion. I've never had to, but the offer stands.

  • 01What you want to build — one paragraph is plenty.
  • 02Timeline & budget — even a rough range helps me scope honestly.
  • 03Existing stack— if you have one. If not, I'll recommend.
  • 04Success metric — how will we both know it worked?
